Herbal Soup for Health

Soup form an important diet to the Chinese, especially the Cantonese whose meal/day are rarely without it.
What make soup important is that it nutritional value are easily digested and assimilated into the body system, nourishing it.
To the Chinese, a person who looks dry and withers is one who does not have enough soup in his or her diet.
There are many type of soups and each type has its own nutritional value and goodness.
Choosing the type of soup to cook can be made based on its nutritional value, our body requirement, treatment requirement, taste (sweet or salty), food requirement like in the form of dessert, snack, drinks, but mostly as part of our meal.
